Haverhill
In 1949 about 50 families living in the area organized the Town of Haverhill, incorporated in 1950; it is thought to be named for Haverhill, Massachusetts, the former home of one of the founders.
The Town of Haverhill contains .61 square miles northwest of Palm Beach International Airport between Southern and Okeechobee Boulevards. It includes Haverhill Park on Belvedere Road, operated by Palm Beach County.
